OK, I’m at the tail end of the curve this time, but I just saw this video and was blown away. It’s genuinely moving, but entirely substance-free. Whatever. You must watch it.

This violates all my rules about running only local stories, but yesterday morning I was exhilarated for the first time in I don’t know how long to be voting. I have no clue if it’s the idea of having an exciting candidate for a change, or just the feeling that my voted mattered for the first time in a long time. The video was causing problems for some users, so I moved it off the front page.  Click below to see it.

That is a great video Barry. Full disclosure: I voted for Obama.

He did well in California---getting a somewhat less than half of the pledged delegates despite the huge Clinton bias here. He also did well in the U.S. heartland where Clinton was crushed.

The so-called "super delegates" in California are being pressured to support Clinton. Not surprising. Prepare for another example where the good guys don't win.

By the way, I don't get the idea of these super delegates. "Are some animals more equal than others?"

Not much impressed with candidate videos, but ya gotta admire that long-term perspective. Errr, don't you?

I just watched the McCain video Jonathan recommended, and it's brilliant and hilarious.
