This Thursday, November 5, the Ritz will feature the great blues and jazz singer Margie Baker (6:30 until 10:30). Margie is a one-of-a-kind Bay Area treasure. Accompanying her will be Larry Dunlap on piano, Ruth Davies on bass and yours truly, Michael O’Neill on saxophones and clarinet. Every Thursday, enjoy the burger and beer special ($19 per person, plus tax and gratuity) while listening to us in The Conservatory Lounge. Choose from a chef’s selection of burgers (Kobe-style, Crab, Vegetarian) while sipping on signature Speakeasy brews and remember, free valet parking for locals so remember to ask for it.
This Friday, November 6, I will be performing at Pasta Moon from 6:30 until 10:00. This promises to be a wonderful new music venue so please come out and show owner, Kim Levin, that live music pays! I will be performing with the wonderful jazz singer, Sandra Aran with Larry Dunlap on piano, and Ruth Davies on bass.
This coming Saturday, November 7, I will be performing at Crab Landing in Princeton by the Sea from 7 until 10 with my trio which includes Larry Dunlap on keyboards and Dan Feiszli on bass – two of my very favorite musicians! We will be doing a variety of instrumental music including originals by myself.
