Wheeled trackmarks lead down the concrete-block wall at Poplar Beach and show evidence of an ATV having spun, skidded, and looped all over the sand.  Does the City of Half Moon Bay allow ATVs on our beaches?

The trails around this area (including Wavecrest) are full of track marks from motorcycles and ATVs. My guess is that this use is not allowed, and not enforced.

I fear a similar California State Park OHV, like down at Oceano/Pismo, when I see tracks on the sand like that.
