Deputy on patrol observed vehicle travel at a high rate of speed, cross over the fog line and onto the right of the roadway toward his patrol vehicle. The driver swerved suddenly back onto the roadway. The Deputy performed a traffic stop and found the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. CHP arrived on scene to complete the DUI investigation and subsequent arrest.
