What treasures hide beneath the surf and along our coast?  Please join us for our February program about the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve.  Tom Ciotti, president of the Friends of the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, has been volunteering at the Reserve for ten years. He will tell us about the precious natural treasures the reserve protects and about the oldest artifact ever discovered in San Mateo County. Nellie Lyons. State Parks Ranger, will also tell us about the magnificent State Parks found on our coastside . We will learn ways volunteers can protect these natural resources and provide educational experiences to children and adults

This presentation is organized by the Half Moon Bay chapter of AAUW (American Association of University Women).
When: February 17 2014 - 7:00-9:00 pm
Where:  Community Methodist Church, 777 Miramontes St.  Half, Moon Bay, CA
