I think I know who this dog is.  She lives over at Amesport Landing.  She skoots out the door when her family opens it for a second.  You could either let the Chihuahua go there, and watch her find her way home, or, post flyers with your phone # on poles near there?

Thanks for your message. Today the dog was returned, she belonged to a family near Seacrest. That dog had quite an adventure the past few days!
