Does anyone know what the construction on the Burnham strip up near the harbor is?  They staked out a path several weeks ago and there are some spray painted arrows on Capistrano and in the last week or so they’ve started doing some significant bulldozing.  I’m a bit surprised that there hasn’t been anything mentioned on Coastsider or in the review about it yet.

I think the construction is part of the road-widening project on Hwy 1 at Capistrano/Ave. Alhambra.  It would be nice if a path were made along that strip of land, but I don’t think that’s what is happening.
