For all our people that are hard of hearing, wear hearing aids etc. you can get a free phone for people having difficulty seeing,hearing,speaking, remembering, moving. I wear hearing aids & applied for my free phone, you have to fill out your part of form then have your Dr., audoligist, aids dispenser fill out their part & then mail it in. I wear hearing aids. Faxed the form in & within 3 days recieved a great phone, mine was a corded phone.There was an ad in SF Chronicle the week of 8/12. Hooked up my phone today & its great.
