Basic rate is $50 an hour. Teaching rate is $75 an hour. Sliding scale fees for those on limited incomes. The work guaranteed if performed by the methods I recommend.
I will come to your home or business located from Montara to Pescadero and provide a free estimate! Outside those areas, a travel time fee will apply @ $10 per half hour minimum.
Basic rate includes “home tune-up”, which includes oiling door hinges, checking weatherstripping, lock troubleshooting, termite and dryrot inspection.
If I cannot execute a task, I will inform you immediately and recommend other sources for that task.
