Reece Computer Systems is looking for a new Help Desk Manager for our exciting and growing computer sales, training and support firm, located in beautiful downtown Half Moon Bay.

Our fabulous Walk-In Help Desk supports our customers’ hardware and software needs as an extension of our fast-growing services business.  SmarterHelp(r) Remote Network Monitoring supports our customers remotely through audit and remote support functions.  We are our customers’ Help Desk Support Team.

This position requires prior help desk experience, an understanding of hardware, software and services, and management experience.  We are looking for staff with experience (and certifications) in the Microsoft and Apple environments, and with A+ and Network+ certifications.  Knowledge of ITIL standards and ITSM is a real plus.
