Thinking for renting out your home? We will take great care of it. We are 2 professional women with great local references, 20 years on the coast. We have been renting a home in Moss Beach for the last 3 years and the owner is moving back.  We need to be out by September 1st.

Would prefer a 4 bd 2ba with both a living room and family room or office with a fenced yard, and a 1 year lease - from Half Moon Bay to Montera.  We are hoping to pay about $3000 per month, but would consider more for the perfect place. 

Our 2 pets are very well trained, well behaved and are seldom left home alone. The dog is small, non shedding and crate trained. He loves his crate and if I need to be away for a short time he is in there. If I need to be gone longer he goes to Doggie Day care. Our cat spends most of his time outdoors and is a purrfect gentleman in the house.

We are responsible, reliable tenants with excellent credit ratings and a glowing recommendation from our current landlord. I’m sure you would be happy with how well we would take care of your beautiful home.
