Smaller room about 9.5 x 10.5 w/ closet, Ceiling is lower than standard, (so if your really tall it maybe awkward, two windows facing one facing towards the coast and the other north into the forest, in 3bdr/ 2ba home,
rest of house is furnished, share hall bathroom with one other.
Home currently shared by me M 44 and housemate F 48, and our two well behaved cats. We enjoy our quiet peaceful DRAMA FREE household, and hope to find another housemate who would enjoy being here and would appreciate the surroundings and who is financially responsible.
**We would prefer someone without pets, but can make an exception
if we feel the the pets & household could co-exist peacefully.
Lots of wildlife deer, hawks, owls, bobcats and more.

Utilities (electric, propane, water) average around $50 month per person
we split the phone/high speed internet (dsl) (unlimited calling plan)3 ways, about 25$ a month each.
We have a wireless dsl too.
We do not have cable or satellite tv connected, we just watch dvds in our own rooms usually, no tv in living room at the moment, just a small piano, standup bass, sofa, sewing machine, coffee table and plants etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen to share with nice view of garden.
Cell phones don’t work in the house but some cell phones work just above house up the driveway.
Located on private driveway with electric gate.
We are on a large property(150+ ac) overlooking the coastal valley towards
San Gregorio and ocean. Beautiful garden space in backyard. I know this is one of the cheaper rooms for rent on CL, but we’d like a compatible housemate that really wants to live here in nature than just have a cheap crash pad. This isn’t a wild party house, once in a while we have a few friends over for dinner and a little music beer or wine. This a music friendly household :)
