Friday afternoon there was a female shepherd-mix dog, medium size on the bluffs between Poplar St. and Central Avenue in HMB. She seemed lost, and was very timid but not aggressive. She shied away as my dog and I tried to approach her.

She has a red collar, a blue bone-shaped name tag, and a vaccination tag. If you know this dog, please alert the owners. Thanks.
