As we welcome 2009, there is an undercurrent of enthusiasm and a world of possibility. Simultaneously there is a strong need for community service. Please consider volunteering with Senior Coastsiders. There is a wide range of opportunities for people willing to make a weekly commitment including working at the thrift store ,shopping for homebound seniors,  delivering Meals on Wheels, as well as packaging and serving hot meals.. We also need volunteers on a less frequent basis for Special Events (including help with the Pumpkin Run and Festival booth, class instructors, providing minor home repair and gardening for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
