medium-sized master (10X12) br w/very big closet available in our home in montara. we are me (38yo single mom, esl teacher) and 2 children (aged 10 & 12), who are here pt. the house is beautiful, light-filled (tons of windows and skylights), with a beautiful garden outdoors, hdwd w/ area rugs, w/d. shared space includes kitchen, eating area, lr, and bath w/tub and shower.

we have 2 bunnies and a cat. the bunnies are indoors. no more pets, sorry.

we are looking for someone who values their home as a nurturing, safe space and appreciates open communication, humor, and acceptance. we enjoy positivity and living together peacefully, and understand need for space.
