Named for the English poet, John Milton (Paradise Lost, Found), MILTON is about 13 years old, neutered, mellow and his owner has to move to Boston. He is all black but one white chevron on his belly. He was adopted from the San Francisco SPCA (ID chip).
He?s friendly, and requires cat basics: food, a well-kept litter box, a warm place to sleep and affection. He is a loner type/alpha male kind of guy and doesn?t do well around other cats. While he has lived with other cats, he tends to defend his territory, preferring your complete attention to his every whim (typical cat). He will ?allow? you to feed and love him daily. His owner seeks a situation where we would be kept indoors. He sleeps, eats and is generally happy lounging in a sunny window. After a period of adjustment, Milton will do very well.
