Phase II for Cunha Intermediate School.
Does not include all items originally identified in meeting with HMB City for Phase II.
Hopefully, (this time) it includes local firms and employs local people greater than the 1% contracted to date.
For those not aware of the irony, Cunha was originally a WPA project during the last Depression – Federal Government money funded to employ local people and firms! This time, so far, it has been our local money going to over the hill.

9. ACTION ITEMS
a. Receive update on bid for Phase II for Cunha Intermediate School, for the
demolition of concrete ramps, railings, stairs and flatwork, asphalt concrete and
replacement of asphalt and concrete flatwork over re-established grades and base.
Installation of new stairs, ramps, railings, fencing and gates, site walls, planters,
irrigation, and underground drainage.
b. Receive update on bid for locker-room and music room interior demolition and
modernization at Cunha Intermediate School
