I gotta get rid of the cat.

He needs a suburban environment.

He was hired to take out the rampant field mice, and did so, expertly, efficiently, one, sometimes two, a day for a month.

As the mouse population lessened, a carcass, sometimes merely the remains of a head, appeared only once a week on my front door mat.

But now, this voracious domestic feline, he hunts and kills the beautiful black bats of the night and the voles of the redwoods.  Birds no longer hang out in my yard, the quail, robins, and chickadee.

This cat must go.

You get this cat free, with carrier, and an unused bag of litter.  He’s healthy.  Strong as Aqhat.  A brown and black tabby.  He likes to be held and pet.  He withstands dogs, patiently.  He might prefer an indoor gig where he sleeps all day in the sun on the back of your couch.

Good home only.  Suburban or city environment necessary.

p.s.

Yes, he’s neutered.  Litter box trained.

and he likes one small can of wet food a day with his pile of kibble.

Maybe just keep him as an indoor cat at your home, and he can birdwatch from inside?

I hear you, but—- everyone who visits here is either allergic to cats or suffers Ailurophobia, so I can’t have the cat inside the house.  Plus, I do not want a litter box inside my residence, nor do I want the cat scratching the furniture and rugs.

Cat must go - to loving home, of course.
