Located in La Honda about ten miles west of Woodside on Hwy 84 and
9 miles from hwy 1 and beach.

Rest of house/kitchen is furnished, share bath with one other, I’m gone most evenings and night.
Home shared by me M 45 and housemate F 49, and our two well behaved cats.
Will consider another cat under certain conditions.

Lots of wildlife deer, hawks, owls, bobcats and more,
great hiking trails right out the door.

Utilities (electric, propane, water, land line phone/ wireless dsl and unlimited calling plan) )
average around $65 month per person. Free garbage (of smaller amounts)

We do not have cable or satellite tv connected, we just watch dvds in our own rooms, no tv in living room at the moment,
just a piano, upright bass, plants and sofas.
Verizon cell phones work here in town, other providers may be added in the near future.

Located on private driveway with electric gate.
We are on a large property(150+ ac) overlooking the coastal valley towards
San Gregorio and ocean. There is space for gardening too, we have a small one in the backyard.
