I have a storage unit, about 360 sq ft with very tall ceilings, that I have been sharing with another person and using as a combo storage and studio space.  The person I’m sharing this unit with is leaving town so I am looking for someone to take over his spot in the space.  Ideally that person would be looking for a shared space to use but not fill with stuff.  The space is long and narrow so we both have a side and it can get somewhat cramped.  Rent is $330/month, so we each pay $165.
