My family and I are moving to Half Moon Bay and would like to rent a home for six months to a year before buying. (My Company is moving us from Arizona to HMB)

We would like to keep rent at $3000 or under. We may consider a Rent to own type of option as well.

We have an older/well behaved dog and cat.

We would like to start renting July 1st.  and would sign a lease and put deposit money up in June some time.

We are clean, responsible and both gainfully employed with fortune 500 companies. 

I own a rental property in Arizona and so I have all the leases & applications etc. if necessary.
