Cooking Demonstration with Chef Paul Bertolli and Fra’ Mani Traditional Italian Cured Meats
Formerly chef at Chez Panisse, Paul Bertolli will do a cooking demonstration featuring the traditional Italian cured meats of his company, Fra’Mani Handcrafted Foods, located in Berkeley. Fra’ Mani uses the highest-quality meat raised by family farmers committed to the well-being of their animals and their land. Products include dry salame, ham, turkey, mortadella, salame cotto, pancetta, sausage and pâté. They have no added nitrates, nitrites or MSG, and are gluten-free. Come learn about the company and taste their delicious products. $5. Space will fill up fast so be sure to pre-register.
