Consider this a kind of “virtual goods” classified ad.

Simply put, Stealth Bee Jam lets anyone, whether you have any musical background or not, play solo jams on songs ranging from blues, to pop, to rock (with more song on the way.) Each song features a background track and three lead instruments and each instrument provides buttons to play Riffs (a short burst of notes) and Single Notes.  After starting the background track, you play your solos by pressing any combination of Riffs and Notes in real time. The application is designed to ensure that your riffs are always in sync with the beat and always in key with the song.

You can save your best jams for later playback, share them with friends, and even use them as soundtracks for your photo slideshows and videos.

The app comes with three songs:  Inside Moves (Pop), Blue Spy (Blues), and Melt My World (Rock). Currently, one additional song is available for “In-App” purchase and we’re working on adding new songs to the selection.

And in the crazy world of iPad / iPhone apps, it’s only $2.99 US.
