Saturday, April 30, Gluten-Free Brunch Cooking Demo: Amy Fothergill, The Family Chef will prepare a complete gluten-free brunch of cinnamon waffles with caramelized bananas, smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese on gluten-free crostini, blueberry streusel coffee cake and crust-less asparagus and fontina cheese quiche.  Enjoy samples of each delicious dish. $20. 10:30 am-12 pm.
