I’m looking at 3 bathroom upgrades, and some potential remodeling in our kitchen and living areas.  Can anyone recommend good contractors/firms and architects for this type of work.  We want to hire locally, someone familiar with permitting and process, and naturally trustworthy.  Could also use flooring (hardwood) recommendations.
