RE:Pam Fisher: In the spirit of full disclosure, I should state that I am friendly with the Fishers and their immediate neighbors and am a Highland Park homeowner, although I do not live in the areas affected and I am not a party to the litigation. Reference has been made to two lawsuits. In fact, the neighbors whose peaceful enjoyment of their homes was threatened tried very hard to solve the problem without suing.
