Thanks, Cheri, for providing the facts vs. myths education and links. I wanted to comment on what we often hear: that immigrants don't want to learn English or become US citizens. My husband Mike and I have worked intimately with the Mexican population for the past 6 years at Magdalene House and the Coastside Catholic Worker.
