Did a developer steal this woman’s camera?

Hi! I live in El Granada. My house is adjacent to a parcel deemed by the county as part of the “Montecito Riparian Corridor”. This parcel (047-076-220) has recently changed owners. The current owner is of a mind to ask for forgiveness instead of permission. The guy is hacking into the foliage in an effort to create the impression that this is a buildable lot. He’s cleared a substantial amount of environmentally sensitive habitat. The county has yet to take sufficient action to bar this person…
