Caltrans seeking consensus, not approval, from HMB on traffic light

I just don't think that people who don't spend an hour to get from Montara, Moss Beach and El Granada to get to HWY 92 have a say as to whether a light may or may not be used. The comment of the potential back up in HMB is a little shallow for those of us who wait for 20 minutes to get from the light a Pillar Point to the light at Coronado.
