Two redevelopment ideas for Albertsons: (1) Hello, talk about a perfect location for the movie theater we have wanted for so long! Reduce, re-use and recycle. No need to develop open space for theater with an opportunity like this. (2) Yes, TJ's, Mollie Stone's, or Whole Foods would be great, but how about copying SF's new Embarcadero Ferry Building concept with many different gourmet specialty food shops selling local organic meats, cheeses, breads and veggies!
