If you wish me to conduct a fiscal assessment of eonomy of scale regarding MWSD I will attempt it, however my basic question was that if one were to look across the state I would be surprised if many service districts for water and sewer are smaller than MWSD AND provide a worse level of service. Folks-- I find it very interesting that when a state agency is proposing to buy $100M of our land, taking it off our tax rolls, impoverishing our service districts, and we can get NO (or possibly 3) postings on this website.... But IF anyone proposes a "possible" solution to a MASSIVE traffic problem for us coastsiders, due to Devil's Slide closure, 150 responses oppose such a proposal...
