New Leaf Community Markets is offering a number of free community events for health and nutrition events this month at the store at 150 San Mateo Rd, Half Moon Bay. The 3 wellness lectures this month will be held at the Half Moon Bay Library - topics are: Is Gluten-Free for Me?, Graceful Aging, and Preventing and Eliminating Stress-Related Health Issues.

Mondays: Meal Solution Mondays
Looking for easy meal solution ideas? Find a new recipe, shopping tips, and samples of the finished featured dish every Monday. 4 pm - 6 pm, free.

Fridays: Knife Sharpening

Fridays: Wine Tasting

February 8 & February 22: Stress Screenings
