In these dollar-pinching times, what kinds of deals are around for coastside locals?

I’ll start with a couple:

Though their prices are modest to begin with, the Princeton Seafood Company at the harbor offers a (free) Good Neighbor Card that provides a 10% discount on meals.

And you thought you would never see it, but dig the following announcement for high-class jazz coupled with a food and drink special at the Ritz.

“I love having a “3rd Place” in Montara—a place other than home and work where we can go to meet friends and experience community. 7th Street Montara (on Highway One) is such a place. During these lean times the restaurant is still providing 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. In order to continue to provide great food the restaurant needs locals to support them. There is now a discount for us on Tuesday nights as well as a special discount program for ordering multiple meals as take outs. The food is great, so please stop by and try it out.

“We also have an excellent Indian Restaurant and Caffe Lucca both of which are struggling to keep their doors open as well.

Caffe Lucca has cards that are stamped each time you buy a coffee. You get a free one after buying 12.

Seventh Street Restaurant in Montara has had a 25% discount for locals on food orders every Tuesday during the month of April. Sorry I didn’t know about it before today, but Tuesday, April 28th remains.

For May, Seventh Street continues the Tuesday 25% discount on food orders for locals. On Thursdays, you get half off a second entree. They have schedules on the local Post Office bulletin boards.
