Also don't dismiss terraserver yet. I don't get it, why won't you give a complete answer the question about the need for the middle school? Are you saying that the published current and future middle school enrollment numbers are wrong? If so, what are the correct numbers? If not, why do we need a new and bigger middle school?

You write "I am for building a new middle school NOW! ... The debate over the new school site has caused a paralysis in addressing long term critical issues such as adequate funding." Seems to me that the fact that a succession of incompetent school boards have failed to complete this project is a lousy reason to do it "NOW". If middle school enrollment is already significantly reduced, and will reduce further why do we need it? Please explain the "jewel" comment, it brings to mind visions of the…
