Since cable was one of the few services working over the weekend.... seems like something, at least the temporary emergency numbers and law enforcement locations, should have been posted on Channel 6.

CARPOOL, CARPOOL, CARPOOL! As stated in Cheri Parr's comment: "Carpooling is an obvious first step where we can focus." I have carpooled everyday this week with one or two others. Yet, all of the other vehicles I glanced at only had one person in them. And, NOT EVEN ONE Coastsider has registered (at 511.Org, Rideshare) since Monday to find a carpool! The only way that it is going to get better is to reduce the number of vehicles, so PLEASE find someone to share the ride with at least one day a week.…
