3 levels of Guitar Workshops at College of San Mateo

Want to learn to play the guitar fast and easy? Experience the joy of making music as you learn basic guitar techniques in Guitar – Level I.
For guitar players who have some music reading ability and know triads 7th chords in the open position, enjoy learning and playing blues, classical, rock and folk Music in Guitar – Level II
If you already play the guitar and can read music to some degree, you will enjoy this group ensemble. You will rehearse a wide variety of music as a group. Each student will also practice a solo repertoire to be performed in and out of class. Learn more advanced theory and techniques in the Guitar Ensemble workshop.
