Alzheimer’s and Memory Program at HMB Library, Sat, Aug 7

The Half Moon Bay Library will be hosting the program Understanding Memory Loss and Alzheimer’s Disease on Saturday August 7th at 2:00PM.  This program, which is provided by the Alzheimer’s Association, will help participants learn about the differences between normal human aging and dementia, the basics of Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders, the diagnostic process and the management of the disease.  Additional topics include planning for the future, and how family members and caregivers can help the person with dementia.
