Unincorporated Housing Discussion
WEDNESDAY - 6 to 8:30 p.m. - Sept. 30
LOCATION: Half Moon Village, 9 Bloom Lane in Half Moon Bay

San Mateo County residents are invited to two workshops this month – one of them scheduled in Half Moon Bay—to learn about housing issues in the unincorporated areas and to present ideas about housing priorities and needs.

The meetings will help San Mateo County planners update the County’s Housing Element, a component of the General Plan. State law requires cities and counties to update the Housing Element every five years.

The second workshop is set for 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at Half Moon Village, 9 Bloom Lane in Half Moon Bay. The first is Sept. 24 in Fair Oaks.

The meetings, conducted in English and Spanish, will focus on San Mateo County’s unincorporated areas.
