Deborah Meckler, Stewardship Coordinator looking sadly at Wavecrest Pampas Grass. Come Saturday and find out why Pampas Grass is so nasty to our blufftops.

Coastside Land Trust will be out on the bluff tops Saturday, tackling the pampas grass, other invasives, trash and graffiti near Seymour Bridge. Come out for a satisfying day of restoration on our treasured coastal open space.

Wear good shoes and layers. Snacks will be provided. There is a lot of Pampas grass so if you have loppers and shovels, bring them. Students needing volunteer hours are welcome, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. We look forward to seeing you out there!

Saturday November 5th, come at 9:45 so we can get you checked in, work will be from 10-Noon. Meet at the Smith Field Little League Parking Lot, at the end of Wavecrest Road
