Princeton Seafood Company is offering a special treat Tuesday, October 18, with the return of cooking classes taught by local Chef Amy Fothergill.

On Tuesday’s menu is seafood risotto and coconut shrimp. Cost of class is $29 and includes a light meal, recipes and a coupon for 10 percent off in the Fish Market.

Class begins at 11 a.m. and takes place at Princeton Seafood Company located at 9 Johnson Pier, Half Moon Bay California, 94019
