Half Moon Bay Library and Pacifica Library have been chosen to participate in the CALIFORNIA OF THE PAST digital storytelling project.  This project will enable Coastsiders to hare their memories in a two to three minute video.  Stories can be about events, places, or people.  As part of a grant from the California State Library a digital storytelling station has been installed at the Sharp Park branch of the Pacifica Library.
If you would like to share a story contact
Joe Toschik (726-2316x321) at Half Moon Bay Library ([email protected]) or Kim Day (355-5196x322) at the Pacifica Library ([email protected]).  They’ll help you compose a story, scan any photographs you’d care to include and record your story at the digital storytelling station.  Stories will be posted to the California of the Past website, the new San Mateo County Library website when it becomes available, and storytellers will receive a DVD of their story.
