Next Thursday, January 16th, 6:30pm to 8:00pm, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and SAL (Sheriff’s Activities League) is putting on a free 6 week Coast Community Academy at the Half Moon Bay Sheriff’s Sub-Station conference room. These academies are a wonderful resource for parents and provide information on many topics which plague our children this day and age.

The Community Academy will consist of 6 weekly sessions starting January 16, 2014, and every Thursday night for 6 straight weeks. The academy will be held at the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office Half Moon Bay Station located at 537 Kelly Ave. in Half Moon Bay in the conference room from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
