Harbor Commission vacancy filled by appointment

Harbor Commissioners today appointed William Holsinger to complete Sally Campbell’s term on the Harbor Commission which runs through the end of this year.  Holsinger is an attorney and lives in San Mateo.  He ran unsuccessfully for Harbor Commission in 2004. The Commissioners interviewed a field of 8 applicants including two from the Midcoast.
