HMB Police blotter: Mar 11 to 15

This week, the Half Moon Bay Police Department investigated the theft of an MP3 player from a locked gym locker at HMB High, warned a kid not to shoot people with a BB gun, and made a warrant arrest on Kelly Avenue.

that occurred at the high school.  The victim had a MP3 player stolen from his locked gym
locker.  The item was valued at approximately $400.

0385   03/15 1640     Arroyo Leon   242 PC Officer dispatched to report of a man who had
been shot by a BB gun.  The victim reported he was shot in the leg by a juvenile shooting a BB
gun.  The victim did not wish to seek to prosecution but requested officers speak with the
juvenile regarding his behavior.

0386   03/15 2227     Kelly Ave     O/W Misd     Officers made contact with a subject, age
39, of Half Moon Bay, who had a $5000 warrant out of SM County.  He was arrested and
transported to SM County Jail.
