I’m posting this for a friend who has lost her lease due to a landlord movein.

My adult daughter and I have lived and worked on the coast for 13 years and have lived at our present address for the past 8 years. Our landlord and his wife just gave us notice that they are moving back to HMB and need to move into our duplex.
