Highway 1 Safety and Mobility Study Draft Phase 2 covers from Half Moon Bay Airport to Devils Slide including Montara and Moss Beach
Circulation and safety solutions for pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists
Strategies for managing traffic speed and parking
Conceptual roadway designs, trail alignments, and highway crossings

Meeting Agenda:
Call to Order.  7:00 p.m.
Council member self-introductions / Determination of quorum

1. Opening Remarks and introduction. Bill Kehoe (7:00)

2. Presentation by County on Hwy 1 Safety & Mobility Study. Steve Monowitz (7:10) – (30 minutes) Overview & how it relates to Phase 1. Project team explains findings/suggestions. Suggest ideas for next steps.

Desired Outcome:  Informational. The community will be updated on the County's concepts for Hwy 1 through the Midcoast.

3. Community questions, comments and feedback. Midcoast Residents (7:40) – (80 minutes) Community members will be given time to ask questions or comment on the Hwy 1 Study. (Speaker slips are required to provider order).

Desired Outcome:  Receive the community’s feedback on the study.
