MCC Special Meeting Agenda – Wednesday, January 18, 2012

The Midcoast Community Council will be holding a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m at the Granada Sanitary District Meeting Room, 504 Ave. Alhambra, 3rd Floor, El Granada. This meeting is a continuation of the organizational meeting for the newly installed MCC 2011-2012 Council and its focus is to finish plans for the coming year. Starting Monday, updates of materials to be discussed can be found at our website: mcc.sanmateo.org

    - Council member’s Roles and Responsibilities
    - Meeting Logistics and Agendas setting
    - Communications
    - Committees
    - Key Projects For 2012
