Montara Traffic Cam?

Hi,  I was just wondering if anyone knew what was going on with the Montara traffic cam.  It stopped working about 2 weeks ago.  Thought it would be up again by now since most are back from the holidays.  If anyone knows who runs it, please let them know it is down.  It really is a great way to enjoy home while at work :-)
