“No Bully” workshop, Wednesday, Jan 19

On Wednesday, Jan 19 at 6:45 pm at the Half Moon Bay High School Multipurpose Room, the Talk-Listen-Community (TLC) group will host a “No Bully Workshop” designed for parents, teachers and coaches.

The focus of this workshop is to:

• Get everyone up to speed on the ways students bully
• Learn how to “bully proof” your child to succeed in their friendships and avoid the role of bully or target.
• Develop the skills to “Solution Coach” your child.
• Join with other parents in making our schools bully-free learning communities.

There is a suggested donation of $5.00 for an advance ticket purchased at Bay Books or $10.00 at the door.

Previous workshops hosted by the TLC group include “Dying to be Thin” and “Race to the Top”, both of which were very well attended.
