Perk Party Planned - We need your mailing address!

Hi, friends and neighbors,

Eric is planning a bon voyage party for me March 17, 2012 to celebrate my life before my final voyage. We would like to send a nice invitation to your home mailing address. Could you please reply with your postal address? Thanks!

Also, it would help our party planning (and name cards) if you could provide the name of your spouse or partner, or another guest you would bring to the party.

In case you are not already aware, I was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer on July 4. My chemotherapy and chemoradiation treatments seem to have temporarily stabilized the tumor.
